In terms of LODGING, you will be hard-pressed to beat the ‘Eco-friendly,’ Malibu Beach Inn, situated just south of the Malibu Pier, right on the beach. The Malibu Country Inn, built in 1943, is a Cape Cod-style inn tucked under the cliffs on the westward end of Malibu. Featuring just 16 perfectly appointed rooms - a couple with Jacuzzis nestled in private patios - the Inn is steps from famous Zuma Beach and their own specialty cafe.

The Malibu Motel right off Kanan Road and Pacific Coast Highway is small, but has made home to local celebrities from the 1930’s.
