OUR VISION: Our Vision is to be recognized as the City's premier young professionals organization offering exceptional networking, social, and community involvement services to our members. We will be satisfied only when all members have the opportunity to develop personally and professionally to achieve overall success. Equally, we want to provide our leadership, support and willpower to serve our community to the best of our ability.

Leadership: We strive to provide the utmost leadership to our organization and our City of Malibu by upholding our mission and vision to our community, leading by example, respecting those we meet and conduct business with, providing a professional demeanor that represents the MYP committee, and setting aside difference to and generate real organization change.

Community: We are committed to community awareness and all that pertains to it. We are responsible not only to sustaining our organization, but supporting the Malibu community. We strive to create communal change wherein the benefits are to all people who love, work, and play in the City of Malibu and surrounding areas.
 

Professional Development: We strive to develop resources, seminars and workshops that enhance our members opportunities to connect employment related skills and interests to a corresponding career path.
