Molly Lavik
Founder, Mentorography, Inc. and Practitioner Faculty of Marketing, Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management
Molly Lavik is a practitioner faculty of Marketing for Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management. She has dedicated her career toward helping others find their true potential and authentic purpose. She does this through her consulting, company and coaching in the classroom. Lavik possesses over twenty years of strategic marketing experience including having worked in public relations and communications positions for Westin Hotels and Resorts as well as consulted for corporations such as DreamWorks SKG and Microsoft Corporation. She also helped start two non-profits focused on the economic development of the digital media industry. Most recently Lavik founded Mentorography, Inc. where she produces and distributes digital diaries which are first-hand accounts of the lessons learned from socially- responsible entrepreneurs. A major purpose of Mentorography, Inc. is to inspire and educate others to become socially-responsible business leaders by providing a type of virtual mentoring experience. Lavik is the co-author of the textbook, Entrepreneurial Marketing: Real Stories and Survival Strategies and the faculty advisor to Pepperdine University’s Net Impact student chapter.
