He is currently an Assistant Manager for the East Malibu office of the Pinnacle Estate Properties Inc. and serves with his wife Sara as Assistant Manager. Paul knows about many aspects of operating businesses in Malibu\, about building\, permitting\, and all of the upcoming changes on the horizon!\n\n\n\nPaul will be hosting an information Q&A: "Stump the Councilmember!"\n\n \n\nBring your business cards and be prepared to speak for a couple of minutes in front of the group about your business. Founder Howdy Kabrins started La Salsa in 1979 as a single location at the infamous corner of Pico and Sepulveda boulevards in West Los Angeles. By 1986\, there were six locations\, all within Los Angeles County alone! Howdy opened up Howdy's Taqueria in Malibu in 1995 and gained a loyal following from Malibu locals\, Pepperdine Students\, and a variety of commuters and day laborers.\n\n\n\n"We are a family of caring\, passionate\, multicultural people serving "pride and love" with California Coastal and Latin Cuisine.
