DESCRIPTION:You're Invited! \n\nMarquez Knolls Property Owners Association (MKPOA) is excited to announce the return of its annual Block Party on Saturday\, September 14th\, from 11 AM to 3 PM on the sidewalk of Marquez Avenue. \n\n\n\nThis community event will bring together neighbors\, local businesses\, and families for a day of fun\,  food\, and festivities. This year's block party will feature a variety of activities for all ages\, including free hot dogs from ACS Security\, and live performances by Alper's Young Musician\, Gerry Blanck's Martial Arts Studio\, Palisades Studio Performing Arts & Fitness and New Vibes Gymnastics. Children will be entertained with a dedicated kids' zone featuring a bounce house\, balloon artist\, magician and face painter.
