The Bruce Lurie Gallery was established in the early 1980s in New York's East Village. Bruce has a history of launching emerging artists into the main-stream art scene\, including assisting Leo Castelli in showing Jean-Michel Basquiat's early works.\n\nThe gallery has since relocated to Los Angeles Culver City Arts District\, now in Pacific Palisades\, CA. The gallery has a particular focus on establishing emerging to mid-career artists specializing in cutting edge pop art\, street art\, abstract minimalism\, photography and a wide range of monumental sculptors. Bruce Lurie Gallery also advises clients on acquiring and selling secondary market art collections.
