Palisades Women’s Center this Thursday, September 14th, at 11 am or 6 pm. Prepare to experience an inclusive yoga flow class suitable for all levels of experience, whether you're a novice or a seasoned practitioner. As a certified Reiki Master, I'm excited to introduce you to the soothing world of Reiki Energy Healing accompanied by the blissful essence of Aromatherapy during our final relaxation pose.
