    About Us

Boucher LLP is a boutique law firm with extensive legal and trial experience. We handle individual cases as well as complex civil cases including consumer and employment class actions and mass torts.

In the face of trauma or a complex legal situation, many feel that they lose their agency and voice. That feeling of powerlessness can be detrimental to your emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing. At Boucher LLP, we know this fact all too well, and we stop at nothing to fight for your justice and humanity.

Our boutique law firm sits at the forefront of complex civil litigation that leaves a significant impact on the lives of our clients. With decades of combined experience handling cases like class actions, mass torts, sexual abuse, assault and harassment, personal injury, wrongful death, wage violations, and civil rights, we know how much is on the line when we receive a case. Our goal is simple: we strive to advocate for our clients to help you seek closure, regain your inner strength, and restore your hope. Compassion, empathy, and empowerment are at the heart of everything we do.

From day one, the attorneys of Boucher LLP tirelessly work to support our clients on their journey. We recognize the significance of our role as your advocates. For us, the greatest success is being able to mend the hearts and minds of our clients and show them that they aren’t alone.

  • BUSINESS OWNERS:  STATE REQUIRES EMPLOYERS TO PROVIDE EMPLOYEES WITH MEDICAL GRADE MASKS, AND YOU CAN ACQUIRE THEM AT NO OR LOW COST

The LA County Department of Public Health (LADPH) updated its Health Officer Order on March 22, 2022 to lift mask requirements in most venues outside of health facilities.  Employers still need to follow OSHA guidelines and offer well fitting medical grade N95, or KN95, KF94 or respirators to employees who work indoors and have contact with other workers, customers or members of the public.

FREE PPE packages, including N95 masks, are available through PPE Unite at http://www.ppeunite.org or by calling (747)224-7742. The City of Los Angeles also has low-cost N95 masks available for purchase at http://www.lovla.org

Also, employers are required to report any cluster of worksite COVID-19 cases. A cluster is when three (3) or more laboratory-confirmed cases of COVID-19 are known or reported at the worksite within a 14-day period. Reports to LAC DPH should be made as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after reports or knowledge of at least three cases. Report to LAC DPH online or by phone: 1-888-397-3993.
