About Us

Centura Consulting Services (“CCS”) was created in response to the challenges property owners face when seeking compensation for casualty losses under after federally declared disasters. CCS’s expert team guides owners of primary residences, rental residences, and mixed-use properties through the process of evaluating their losses, calculating optimal casualty loss deductions applicable under federal and state tax law, and coordinating essential documentation.
