Our founders are mission-driven pioneers with accomplished backgrounds in hospitality, product design, venture capital, and real estate development. Tired of inconsistent and impersonal rental experiences, we set out to imagine and create something new: a modern hospitality brand that combines the warm comfort and privacy of a home with the consistency, hospitality, and authenticity of our favorite boutique hotels. Our roots are set in the majestic California desert, where we introduced our first homes. We are headquartered at our offices in Los Angeles and Joshua Tree, with local teams in each market we operate.
