    HomeFront LA is a California-focused modular home builder expanding from New Mexico, delivering true stick-built homes—just built smarter. Our one- and two-story residences range from 1,200 to 2,500 square feet and are delivered at $400–$500 per square foot all-in, or insurance payout, whichever is lower. Homes are constructed in our controlled New Mexico factory by full-time, in-house trades using conventional materials and proven building methods, then transported and installed on site. By eliminating on-site inefficiencies—subcontractor coordination, weather delays, and labor volatility—we offer higher quality, tighter timelines, and predictable pricing without cutting corners.

    We support Standard and Semi-Custom builds, luxury upgrades, and full Insurance Rebuilds, including like-for-like replacement up to 110% of prior square footage while managing the entire insurance claim process and guaranteeing delivery regardless of payout timing. HomeFront LA also partners flexibly with homeowners, developers, and joint-venture investors, and can acquire lots directly for build-to-sell projects. While designs must meet shipping and site constraints, our process delivers the benefits of traditional stick-built construction—executed better, faster, and with greater cost certainty.
