About Us

Therapy can be a journey of insight and profound change. My commitment as a therapist is to show up consistently and genuinely with the folks I work with and partner in this adventure. It’s a messy path, with twists and unexpected turns, so we lean into the conflict, open up to what is and connect with the fun and the joy this life provides.

I am a trauma-informed and inclusive psychotherapist who helps people impacted by abuse, loss and pain gain a deeper understanding and acceptance of themselves, relationships with others and the world in general.

Since I embrace an integrative and holistic approach meeting clients where they are and supporting them what they need, my clients and I often explore identity, emotional regulation, coping strategies, important relationships, deeper meaning/purpose and pivotal experiences using a developmental, biopsychosocial and multicultural lens.
