Stephanie has made it her mission to create a world where women are valued, respected, and celebrated for their leadership and contributions.

With over 15 years of corporate leadership experience, Stephanie intimately understands the challenges that women in high-level positions face when trying to make it in the “hustle and grind” business game. She knows all too well the daily (inner) pressure, unspoken fears and unhealthy coping mechanisms which are the “by-product” of being a successful leader.

Stephanie works with her clients to break free from limiting beliefs and behaviours that hold them back, and to develop a mindset of resilience, courage, and possibility.
