About Us

Founder Elizabeth Jacobi has over 20 years of email marketing, digital marketing strategy, and program management experience. Her roster of clients over the past decade has included Pro-Flowers, Toyota, Harry & David, Sewing Arts Center, Blue Park Kitchen, and many others.

She started MochaBear Marketing in 2017 to focus on bringing her passion for email marketing and all aspects of the customer journey to small and mid-size businesses to help them achieve more customer loyalty while increasing their revenue. Before starting MochaBear Marketing, Elizabeth led the marketing technology efforts for a CRM agency for more than four years.

Elizabeth is a member of the Email Metrics Project committee and can be seen speaking at several industry events, including Adweek, Guru, and Email Innovations Summit. She is also a MailChimp Pro-Partner and is listed in their expert directory.
