The OFP System, developed in 2019, and by 2025, ten OFP Systems were actively protecting properties during the L.A fires.

Our systems are designed to PROTECT THE ENTIRE STRUCTURE PERIMETER SIMULTANEOUSLY. This requires precise knowledge and experience in specifying flow rates, pressure, and pipe sizing.
BY CONTRAST, most other systems operate in “zones,” covering only one section of the property at a time. This leaves other areas temporarily unprotected — a critical vulnerability during an emergency.

We provide a 3-year warranty on each system when enrolled in our bi-annual maintenance program. (Pump warranty is provided separately by the manufacturer.)
