• Leadership and Collaboration — Founder and principal architect Richard Blumenberg comes to the table with over 30 years of residential and commercial design experience. A leader and collaborator, Mr. Blumenberg listens to his clients and, via his proprietary process, protects their interests by involving himself in all phases of the design/build process. He seamlessly coordinates with contractors, engineers, and interior designers to bring each client’s vision to life.

• Technical Expertise and Craftsmanship — Our team comes with unmatched technical skills. In addition to producing highly detailed drawings, our knowledge of local building codes and regulations allows for a positive and efficient design-bid-build process with contractors.
