Julia Kanesawa partners with clients to find “Refined, Elegant and Personalized” real estate investments and properties that align with what’s important to them. As a real estate consultant, Julia likes to ask questions, listen and guide her clients in the process of finding a harmonious home that connects with the heart and builds long-term wealth through the greatest asset there is - real estate.

With over two decades of experience as a residential realtor, Julia now works with clients primarily in the Conejo Valley. Prior to calling the Conejo Valley home, Julia resided and represented buyers and sellers in the Westside of Los Angeles for over 18 years. She has the ability to cross-sell in both areas through the network of Sotheby’s International Realty.

Julia can help identify luxury lifestyle homes from the majestic Santa Monica Mountains to spectacular oceanfront views on the Pacific Ocean. With equestrian farms, ranches and large acre lots, there is an abundance of beautiful homes. Her primary markets surround Los Angeles and Ventura Counties, and include Agoura Hills, Calabasas, Hidden Hills, Hidden Valley, Malibu, Newbury Park, Thousand Oaks, Topanga and Westlake Village.
