I've competed on Food Network's BBQ Brawl, appeared on Shark Tank, and hold a U.S. patent in the food industry. I'm the founder of FoodBizCoach, where I advise restaurant operators across LA County. Now, after two decades of owning and operating my own restaurants and food trucks, I'm bringing a one-of-a-kind barbecue concept to the PCH corridor - and I'm honored to be part of the community.
