                   Fifth Annual Oaks Christian School TEDx Event Showcases “Uncharted Waters” Theme
 

TEDx is the independently organized arm of the well-known TED Talks, which present some of the best speakers in technology, entertainment, and design. The content and design of TEDxOaksChristianSchool will be unique and has been developed independently, but all TEDx events have features in common. Last year students heard from YouTube sensation Kent “Snubby J” Jenkins, Social Justice Educator Penny Leon, former Sony Pictures Entertainment Chair Steve Mosko, US Navy Veteran and quadriplegic Travis Amick, neurosurgeon Dr. Ian Armstrong, and others. This TEDxOaksChristianSchool event is completely dedicated to providing students with inspirational encounters with leaders and innovators of all ages.
