The Emily Shane Foundation’s Fall Fundraiser “Wings and Waves of Achievement” at Pepperdine University
Join us for The Emily Shane Foundation's fall fundraiser event "Wings and Waves of Achievement: An Autumn Carnival for All" at Pepperdine University on Sunday, October 20, 2024 from 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM on the university campus at Alumni Park. We are delighted to present a carnival on a grand scale for the entire Malibu community and beyond!
All proceeds to help benefit our mission of educational equity via our SEA (Successful Educational Achievement ) Program, supporting underserved middle schoolers locally and across LA.
Highlights include:- A host of activities and attractions for children: a petting zoo, inflatables, face painting, art station, and carnival games.
- Live musical entertainment including Malibu Middle and High School Musicians, Noted Jazz Artist Les Sabler
- Food trucks - Scooter's Sweet Shack, Malibu locals favorite D'Amores and others!
- Cornhole tournament
- 50/50 raffle
- Art installation by acclaimed Malibu artist Ann Krasner
- Vendor tables
- Community organization tables
- PCH Safety/Driving Safety and Education Representatives including: OTS (Office of Traffic Safety), CHP, Malibu/Lost Hills Sheriff's Station, Caltrans, Street Racing Kills

- Online silent auction to commence 9/14/24 ending 10/21/24 at noon PST
